Healthy Desserts Cooking Class

Join us for a healthy - yet 1000% scrumptious - desserts class with 8-time author and vegan chef Tess Challis. This class will be held in Ahwahtukee Foothills on Sunday March 29th from 2-5 PM. Directions will be sent to you upon registration.

We will be making the following dishes (these are all-new recipes, mostly from Tess’s upcoming cookbook!):

  • flourless pecan cookies

  • “sneaky” chocolate cake with fluffy chocolate frosting (you won’t believe how healthy this decadent-tasting cake is!)

  • chocolate mint tarts - you may DIE from how delicious these are! Don’t forget to sign your waiver! hehe ;)

  • 2 minute caramel “nice cream”

All dishes are vegan and free from refined flours and refined sugars (we will use dried fruits and other natural sweeteners, however). The only dish that contains gluten is the cake, but you’ll get extra frosting if you can’t eat the cake itself!

Be sure to pre-register if you’d like to join us, as seats are limited to around 20 participants. Early bird pricing ends on March 16th. Price of class includes food, of course!
